Since 2006, when I was admitted to practice law in The State of New York, I have dedicated a large portion of my practice to protecting debtors’ rights. I have also supervised law students and newly admitted attorneys representing clients defending against collections actions in Kings County, New York.
Today, I continue my work in this area of law and have expanded my practice to include the representation of corporate clients who are engaged in business relationships with private corporate lenders. Unfortunately, some lenders engage in predatory lending practices and unnecessarily harsh legal enforcement procedures.
I find my work in this area of law fulfilling and especially gratifying when, along with my team, I can help an individual keep their long-established business active and protect them from the annoyance and embarrassment that can result from legal enforcement procedures.
